做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
